Towers of Sorcery - Level Two Spells


The following spells are only available to Guild members of the Towers of Sorcery


Know Magic Realm







VOCALS            “Magic winds divulge the realm that powers that (ITEM).”

DESCRIPTION   Caster will know what magic realm a source of magic is linked to (e.g magical item /  person / ward).

                            Does NOT set off magical traps

MECHANICS     Summons an elemental to look at the item and see what 'aura' of magic is around it. NB: will not be able to tell if it is chaos

Detect Chaos







VOCALS            “Magic winds divulge whether chaos may be found here.”

DESCRIPTION  Caster will know if there is anything imbued with an active source of chaos magic within  1 inch.

MECHANICS     Elemental will look at item and advise caster of any chaos aura upon it.

VOCALS            “Towers”

DESCRIPTION  By a simple gesture (a wave of the hand) over an object, the object becomes engraved with the Towers of Sorcery's Wizards mark. This mark is indelible and can never be imbued into any object with Sä, or magic on it.

MECHANICS


Summon Metal





VOCALS             "Gnomes of Earth search the deeps and bring forth it bounty"

DESCRIPTION  This spell summons a 2” x 2” x 2” cube of metal from the ground if it is within 300 foot, (underground and un-mined) of the caster.


Range will increase the range reachable by 30’ per increase.

Bolster increases the value of the metal

0 – lead

1 – Iron

2 – Silver

3 – Gold

4 - Platinum

Heal other





VOCALS      "Sylphs of light bring peace and harmony to this body, speed the binding and knit the skin"

DESCRIPTION  This spell heals a single of BP’s OR  LP’s to another person only


Bane weapon to Daemon






VOCALS            ‘Light infuse this weapon and strike down the Daemonic enemies of good’

DESCRIPTION  Weapon does bane vs Undead, a banish effective to the mages level with every strike.


Rehydrate





VOCALS        Elementals of water I bind thee to (mine/ targets) person and doth ask thee to keep (me/ them) abundant with refreshing water’

DESCRIPTION  This spell binds a water elemental to the target who then keeps the target hydrated for 1 week. This in game terms means they can go 1 week without water before suffering from dehydration effects.
